By accessing or using Untrace Wallet ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Untrace Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application that provides:

  • Privacy-enhanced transaction capabilities
  • Wallet management and asset tracking
  • Integration with decentralized protocols
  • Privacy scoring and analytics tools

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys and seed phrases
  • Securing your device and access credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your wallet

We cannot recover lost private keys or seed phrases. Loss of these credentials results in permanent loss of access to your funds.

3.2 Compliance

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not use the Service to facilitate illegal activities

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Violate any applicable sanctions or export control laws

4. Non-Custodial Nature

Untrace Wallet is a non-custodial service. This means:

  • You retain full control and ownership of your assets
  • We never have access to your private keys
  • We cannot freeze, seize, or transfer your funds
  • We cannot reverse or modify any blockchain transactions

5. Privacy Features

5.1 Intended Use

Our privacy features are designed to protect legitimate financial privacy, including:

  • Protection from surveillance and tracking
  • Prevention of front-running attacks
  • Personal financial confidentiality

5.2 Regulatory Compliance

Users may be required to provide selective disclosure for:

  • Tax reporting purposes
  • Regulatory audits
  • Legal proceedings

The Service provides tools for voluntary disclosure when required.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNTRACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Untrace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
